Laboratory Interns

At the Parker Molecular Ecology Laboratory at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, we are fortunate to have a great team of interns working on a variety of projects. They receive training in techniques like fecal sedimentation and flotation, microscopy (including of blood smears for hemoparasite detection), and genetic screening for specific parasites in both blood and fecal DNA.
